If I am going to use 140 calories on a snack this is my choice. I am a fan of both, but would go for the vanilla latte, ~~hey in the USA check out your Costco. If you don't have a membership, maybe you can tag along with a friend. these are wonderful. So good and satisfies the indulgence for a sweet and still doens't blow your meal plan.
